In Greene County magistrate court a judgment for a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge was entered July 15 against Tiffany Angel Umsted of Fort Dodge on a charge of public intoxication. Court costs were $60.
Cases were initiated as follows: Kevin Joe Peterson of Pahrump, NV, possession of drug paraphernalia; and Kenneth Joseph Bonnette of Scranton, domestic abuse assault, and in a separate case, violation of a no contact order.
